You keep me awake all night long
When I try in vain to sleep

But all I can see with my booze-soaked eyes
Is the dust on the souls of the night.

I remember somebody telling me
That there was no need for regret
If you just try to sympathize with all your waste

Now, I’ve found a friend, the most loyal of all
